Sheet metal and Welding
Sheet metal working is a cold forming method that includes, among other things, bending, pressing and round bending. Today, robotic technology is often used to achieve efficient production, something we at Jimotec like to use.
Jimotec also offers Mig, Mag, Tig and laser welding for all types of steel.
Cutting processing
At Jimotec, we use CAD/CAM systems to quickly develop the best strategy to produce your parts with high precision at a competitive price. We are able to offer our customers a number of different methods for cutting processing. To help us, we have everything from simple machines to advanced robotic machines with automatic processes. With modern methods, we can now both quickly and accurately cut the components according to your wishes.
Surface treatment
No matter what finish you want on your finished product, Jimotec can be at your service. We can offer most surface treatments on metals such as anodizing, electropolishing, powder coating and galvanizing. Thanks to our collaboration with many surface finishers, we can always find a solution.
Mounting
If you need help assembling your product, Jimotec can help you with that. We can assemble both small and large series, regardless of complexity, according to your wishes.
